EditFileSystemAdapter.aspx requires access to the file system in order
to modify a directory's user comment. To enable access, follow these steps:

1) Using Windows Explorer, right-click on the directory and choose the 
Security tab.

2) Click Add and select the ASPNET user account.

3) Give the ASPNET user account Write and Modify permissions.

4) Click OK.
